Small Business Coaching Session: 1 hour

Bo Dennis of Dandy Ram has been a small business consultant and coach for 8 years, with experience managing and scaling businesses since 2014. He brings firsthand knowledge of running a small business and helps others set goals, make informed decisions, and grow sustainably.

Coaching is available to any small business (not just farms!) and can support:

  • Values-centered, sustainable business development

  • Enterprise selection and growth

  • Reflection, goal setting, and decision-making

  • Business planning

  • Financial planning, including profit margins and cash-flow projections

  • Social media marketing strategy

  • Farm startup guidance (infrastructure, crop production, and other basics)

  • Floral design, including markets and wedding/event work

Sessions are offered on a sliding scale—please pay what feels accessible. If you are using grant funding, email Bo before booking to coordinate details.

Sessions are held on Zoom. Please share your preferred days and times, and Bo will follow up with availability.
